Josh joined us in May 2022 having moved from a company that managed large scale infrastructure projects across the UK. At G Herbert Banks his works is mainly focused on the rural side of the business with an involvement in estate management, land and farm sales, agricultural tenancy matters, compensation claims and generally assisting with professional advice to our rural clients. He graduated from The Royal Agricultural University in 2020 and is now working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS). In 2023 Josh qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
