Our team of qualified professionals provide advice to guide your property transaction through the ups and downs of the sale process. We work as team so if a vendor requires assistance with matters such as planning, taxation valuations, Land Registry issue etc. We are in most cases able to provide the required assistance in house.

Market Appraisals

Market appraisals are separate to a formal valuation – they are in indication as to what a property is worth and should be marketed at to sell. Market appraisals do not require a registered valuer, or Chartered Surveyor – just a well experienced agent used to selling and marketing property in the area. If you are thinking of selling a market appraisal gives an indication as to value.

  • Clearly explain the substance behind each offer and provide reasoning for our recommendations.
