Our team has considerable combined experience in planning and development matters for residential, agricultural, and commercial properties. We can advise and guide you whether you have a small rural planning job in mind or a large-scale residential or commercial development.

With our rural background, we have many landowning clients that have benefited from large-scale development and we have gained invaluable experience in negotiating and advising on both Option and Promotion Agreements. We have good relationships with many of the regional and national homebuilders, as well as many of the promoters. Some of this work is relatively short-term, perhaps just a year or so, with some being much longer term at twenty-plus years.

Whilst we do not have a full planning team in-house, we have built up a long list of trusted advisers that we are happy to introduce in order to build the right team for the job. We are an excellent first port of call and we will help you through what can sometimes be a long and at times a testing process.
