We regularly undertake a large volume of wide-ranging valuation work. Our Chartered Surveyors are all RICS Registered Valuers and our Commercial team is lead by Nick Jethwa MRICS, who offers expert advice in a variety of property matters and brings his experience in commercial property management, acquisition and sales. We have a team of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers providing formal RICS ‘Red Book’ Valuations. We provide formal valuations for a variety of different clients to include private work, solicitor/ accountant instructed work, and a significant amount of work for lenders and the various lending panels.
