Market Appraisals

Market appraisals are separate to a formal valuation – they are in indication as to what a property is worth and should be marketed at to sell. Market appraisals do not require a registered valuer, or Chartered Surveyor – just a well experienced agent used to selling and marketing property in the area. We will explain the reasoning behind our carefully thought through guide price recommendation.
We will explain the various marketing and strategy options and recommend the method of sale.
Produce a high quality set of sales particulars, which will in most cases be professionally printed and which will in all cases be made available as a PDF.
In almost all cases arrange for professional photographs to be taken. Commission a quality and clear to follow floor plan.
Ensure that the sales team have a good understanding and appreciation of each marketed property.
Give every property excellent internet coverage on our own site as well as Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location and for properties with three or more acres UK Land and Farms.
Where appropriate we will organise printed advertisements in several local, regional and national publications. We also enjoy significant success in securing our clients editorial coverage completely FREE of charge.
Clearly explain the substance behind each offer and provide reasoning for our recommendations.
