Lettings

We offer a professional and friendly letting and management service to our clients, many of whom have worked with us for decades. We currently let and manage an extensive range of properties but have the capacity within the office to manage considerably more and are keen to work with new clients.

Richard Banks leads the Lettings department and is a member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), and well as being a partner within the firm, and is assisted by both a property manager and lettings negotiator.

Agricultural Landlords

We offer our landlords a tailored service to fit their requirements, combined with flexible fee structures.

We can provide landlords with a Let-Only service to a Fully Managed service at competitive rates.

We carry out extensive tenant assessments on all new residential tenants, organise the issuing of high quality inventories from an independent inventory provider and ensure the smooth management of the letting process.

With regular changes to legislation relating to residential lettings we can provide landlords with the peace of mind that their property is being properly managed.

Experience and Professionalism

Experience is key to a successful relationship between the landlord, agent and the tenant, and between us we have a huge amount of experience giving our clients confidence that their property is in safe hands. To further back up the experience clients are reassured to know that we are a professionally regulated firm being members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and The Property Ombudsman.
