Richard concentrates on development land matters to include Option and Promotion Agreements and the sale of development land, the management of estates and agricultural property and professional valuation works.

Robert is mainly involved with professional valuation work, matters relating to the basic payment scheme, environmental schemes, planning work, farm and land sales and the management of both agricultural and residential property.

Tim is head of residential agency and is involved with all residential sales marketed through the firm. Tim has a wealth of experience in selling all types of residential property and development opportunities throughout Worcestershire and the surrounding counties.

Nick offers expert advice in a variety of property matters and brings his experience in commercial property management, acquisition and sale to G Herbert Banks. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and sits on various valuation panels for lenders. In addition to carrying out a range of professional valuations Nick also offers HomeBuyer Reports.

James joined us in 2023 and brings with him a considerable amount of experience, having been a qualified Chartered Surveyor since 1997. His expertise is very much in the rural and agricultural side of the business, and having been brought up on a farm he has a lifetime of practical understanding. James is a RICS registered valuer and undertakes a wide range of professional valuations, sells and lets rural property, advises on rural grants, agricultural tenancies, compensation claims, town and country planning as well as conducting all manner of auctions.

James joined us in 2025 and brings with him experience from across the rural sector. James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023 while working for a firm of Utility Surveyors based across the UK. This experience specialised in compensation and utility work in agricultural and commercial land. James is local to the firm being a farmer’s son from Great Witley with a range of experience in agriculture from his University Studies at Harper Adams and practical experience at home. He can assist with a variety of work from Valuations to Compensation and Utility schemes.

Ruth looks after the various clients’ accounts to include rent collection, landlord payments, payment of invoices and reconciliation of accounts.

Jennie’s primary role is to provide support to both Richard and James.

Jennie has been with us for many years and has a good knowledge of all aspects of our business.

Charlotte looks after our business accounts.

Susie helps with the day to day administration of our busy office, to include assisting the team with the lettings.

Caroline’s primary role is as Robert’s PA assisting him with his wide range of agricultural based work and professional valuations. Amongst other roles Caroline organises all property advertising.

Stacey joined us in 2024, arriving with experience in both residential lettings and property management. As our Lettings Manager she handles the letting process of all our residential property, and generates new business. She is the main contact for landlords considering using our services.

Megan has over a decade of experience in the property business, working on both lettings and sales. As our Property Manager Megan looks after the residential portfolio, dealing with all matters during the tenancy including maintenance, repairs and rent reviews.

Teri started with us in 2024 and is a highly professional addition to our residential sales team.

Sandie started with us in 2024 and is a highly professional addition to our residential sales team.

Caroline oversees the sales negotiations within the expanding business. Caroline’s experience covers all facets of estate agency operations, from compliance and systems management to HR and team management, making her the ideal fit to guide the business in this next phase of growth.

Ellie joined us in April 2025. Having a varied working background, Ellie brings experience in tenancy administration, accounts payable, retail banking and advocacy. Ellie’s primary role with us is to work within the commercial property department, offering support to Nick Jethwa and assisting with the sales and letting of commercial properties.

Michell Robinson joins the Residential Sales Team as Administrator and brings along a strong background of knowledge and experience of the property sector.  Most recently coming from a Worcester law firm and having worked for 14 years within the sales and lettings departments of local estate agencies. We are pleased to have Michell’s skills to accompany Partner Tim Gaston and Negotiator Caroline Morse as the Sales department strengthens and expands due to current demand, despite the changing market.

Archie joined G Herbert Banks in 2026 as part of the Commercial Property team.

Before joining the firm, he gained experience working on compensation and utility projects involving agricultural, commercial and residential land.

Alongside his role, Archie is studying for a property degree through a degree apprenticeship programme and is working towards RICS qualification, which he is due to complete in 2028.

As a local resident, Archie has strong connections within the community and a good understanding of the local property market.

Ruby is an experienced head of marketing and joined the team in 2021 as our marketing lead, managing our website, PR and social media, as well as media and press liaison.
