Richard concentrates on the management of estates and agricultural land, runs the residential lettings department and undertakes professional valuation work

Robert is mainly involved with professional valuation work, matters relating to the basic payment scheme, environmental schemes, planning work, farm and land sales and the management of both agricultural and residential property.

Tim is head of residential agency and is involved with all residential sales marketed through the firm. Tim has a wealth of experience in selling all types of residential property and development opportunities throughout Worcestershire and the surrounding counties.

Nick offers expert advice in a variety of property matters and brings his experience in commercial property management, acquisition and sale to G Herbert Banks. He is a RICS Registered Valuer and sits on various valuation panels for lenders. In addition to carrying out a range of professional valuations Nick also offers HomeBuyer Reports.

James joined us in 2023 and brings with him a considerable amount of experience, having been a qualified Chartered Surveyor since 1997. His expertise is very much in the rural and agricultural side of the business, and having been brought up on a farm he has a lifetime of practical understanding. James is a RICS registered valuer and undertakes a wide range of professional valuations, sells and lets rural property, advises on rural grants, agricultural tenancies, compensation claims, town and country planning as well as conducting all manner of auctions.

Ruth looks after the various clients’ accounts to include rent collection, landlord payments, payment of invoices and reconciliation of accounts.

Jennie’s primary role is to provide support to both Richard and James.

Jennie has been with us for many years and has a good knowledge of all aspects of our business.

Charlotte looks after our business accounts.

Susie helps with the day to day administration of our busy office, to include assisting the team with the lettings.

Sarah started with us in 2021, shortly after we had been instructed to sell her family home. She is now a key member of our busy residential sales team.

Caroline’s primary role is as Robert’s PA assisting him with his wide range of agricultural based work and professional valuations. Amongst other roles Caroline organises all property advertising.

Stacey joined us in 2024 and looks after the residential property management and lettings. She had excellent experience with her previous work.

Maxine has over a decade of experience in the property business, working on both lettings and sales. She joined us in 2024 to work with Nick Jethwa in rapidly growing Commercial Property department.

Teri started with us in 2024 and is a highly professional addition to our residential sales team.

Ruby is an experienced head of marketing and joined the team in 2021 as our marketing lead, managing our website, PR and social media, as well as media and press liaison.
