We have a team of highly experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers providing formal RICS Home Surveys Level 2 reports.

We provide formal valuations for a variety of different clients to include private work, solicitor/ accountant instructed work, and a significant amount of work for lenders and the various lending panels. We regularly undertake a large volume of wide-ranging valuation work. Our Chartered Surveyors are all RICS Registered Valuers.

RICS Home Surveys Level 2

We provide Home Surveys Level 2 survey and valuation reports on all types of residential property across the region.

The standard fee is £500+VAT (£600) or £600+VAT (£720) to include a valuation. Fees do though need to be confirmed once we know what the style and size of the property is.
