2022 has so far seen an extremely busy residential lettings market, with strong competition for almost every property that comes to the market. With demand outstripping supply we have of course seen rents increasing – not a popular subject.

We are busier with lettings than many might think we are and are tend not to leave properties on the website for any longer than they need to be – otherwise we are inundated with enquires for already let properties. This year over 30% of the residential lets we have agreed have been for properties that never even made it to the open market.
