In the last 12 months our commercial team has taken on instructions to manage a further 78 commercial tenancies. We work hard with Landlords to optimise both rental return and capital value. An in depth appraisal of the property, leases and market is required. Following this we can make recommendations for interventions to reposition the asset to maximise returns. We are able to assist with project management, rent reviews, lettings etc to improve the overall performance.
