Government pushes ahead with Renters Reform Bill

The legislation is likely to focus on improving standards and the quality of property in the sector and to end ‘no-fault’ evictions – Robyn Hall, The Negotiator.

In response to The Negotiator’s recent article, of the same title, Scott French, Lettings & Property Manager, comments:

It has been confirmed the Government will soon release the full details of the Renters Reform Bill. This will set out the plans to fundamentally reform the private rented sector. This will be the biggest change in the private rent sector in 30 years.

It has been confirmed by Michael Gove that the Government will soon release full details of the Renters Reform Bill.
