2 new Holland tractors & a Fordson Major tractor together with a range of good quality farm implements & effects. All to be sold by auction on the premises at Lower Church Farm, Flyford Flavell, Worcester WR7 4BX on Saturday 20th July 2024 at 11.00 am.

INTRODUCTION
G Herbert Banks have kindly been instructed by Michael and Margaret Kember to
conduct this dispersal sale of Tractors, Farm Machinery, Hitachi 360 Excavator and
farm effects for which we are very thankful.
PURCHASERS & TERMS OF PAYMENT
Prospective purchasers MUST REGISTER at the Auctioneer’s Offices on site on the
morning of the sale from 9.00 am onwards to obtain a buyer’s number.
Any prospective purchaser unknown to the Auctioneers MUST have identification
available and forward bank references to the Auctioneer’s office at Great Witley by
no later than Wednesday 17th July 2024. If bank references are unavailable then
payment should be made by CASH or DEBIT CARD.
BUYER’S PREMIUM of 5% plus VAT will be charged on all lots at this sale. There is a
minimum buyer’s premium of £2 per lot
VAT will be charged at the current rate on the day on the purchase price.
ALL LOTS MUST BE PAID FOR ON THE DAY OF THE SALE
NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN
