Residential Lettings Market Update Q2 2024

The first three months of 2024 has very much seen a continuation of the active market experienced in 2023. Demand continues to outstrip supply and this is resulting in rents continuing to rise, but perhaps not at such a rapid rate as has been the case over the past couple of years. Well presented rental properties continue to demand a premium rent and, of course, location is always a key factor.
