Target, who run the Government’s Help to Buy Scheme, have advised that we are able to continue with Help To Buy redemption valuations without having to visit the subject property.

These will be completed as ‘Desktop’ Valuations and our fees have been reduced to reflect that a visit is not a current requirement.
