It has been a long time since we posted any news update on our website or Twitter, which quite frankly does not look great. However things have been extremely busy and there has been a lot to get used to with additional daily actions to think about.

All but one of us are back working in the office full time with the benefit of having lovely large offices in our Listed barn conversion. We all have separate offices to work in or are seated several metres apart.

Work wise all departments have been very busy with the sales team experiencing one of the busiest periods ever, the lettings team simply not being able to get enough new properties to offer to the market, the professional valuation & survey team being in high demand, good new instructions on planning and of course there is never a quiet day when it comes to property management.

Not surprisingly almost every job we are involved with comes with new challenges and in some cases delays that are out of our control.

We are extremely lucky as a business and the contrast to just a few months ago is extraordinary. Who knows what lies ahead, but whatever ups and downs there may be we will be here to assist those with their property related enquires.
