2021 is proving to be the best yet for residential sales

Having sold country homes in Worcestershire & adjoining counties since 1985 I can report this Spring/ Summer has been the  busiest period of my very long property career.

We have witnessed an incredibly strong prime residential market  with many national buyers escaping to the country. There has been a significant numbers of purchasers, with many families relocating from the South East of England. This has resulted in  substantial competition for some wonderful country homes we have sold. Great emphasis has been placed on homes as workplaces and there remains a continual demand from multi generational buyers.

We have been favoured to sell this year The Old Rectory at Shrawley with its guide price of 1.35 million. This is one of the most delightful homes I have ever sold.

Poswick Lodge, a beautifully positioned country home on the Herefordshire/ Worcestershire borders with its guide price of 1.25 million was another important sale.

A very appealing North Worcestershire sale was Highlea at Trimpley which was a beautifully refurbished & extended country house which sold very well with a guide of £995,000.
