Meet Megan Jenkins, Our MARLA-Qualified Property Manager

We are delighted to introduce Megan Jenkins, the dedicated property manager at the heart of our lettings team, and to share some well-earned news alongside it: Propertymark has just confirmed Megan’s MARLA membership, the industry’s recognised accreditation for letting agents. You can meet Megan and the rest of the team on our About page.

A decade of experience in property

Megan brings more than ten years of experience in the property industry to G Herbert Banks. She is passionate about providing exceptional support to both landlords and tenants, making sure properties are well cared for and that every tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. From coordinating maintenance and inspections to managing the day-to-day details of a tenancy, she takes real pride in delivering a friendly, professional and reliable service.

What MARLA accreditation means for our landlords and tenants

MARLA status is awarded by Propertymark, the professional body for letting and estate agents, and it is not handed out lightly. It means Megan has met a recognised standard of technical knowledge across lettings law, compliance and best practice, and that she is committed to keeping that knowledge current. For our landlords, it is another layer of assurance that their properties, and their investment, are in properly qualified hands. For our tenants, it means a tenancy managed by someone who understands the detail behind the process, not just the paperwork.

In Megan’s words

“I’m passionate about providing exceptional support to both landlords and tenants, making sure properties are well looked after and every tenancy runs smoothly. Whether that’s coordinating maintenance and inspections or simply being on hand for the day-to-day questions, I want landlords to feel their investment is protected and tenants to feel properly supported throughout.”
